Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property • Reset both thermostats to 65’ • Turn off all lights • Clean out coffee maker
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please always keep the noise level to a minimum. Strictly no parties or loud music outside and after dark. We have a no party policy.
Fire pit: The firepit outside can be used to start a fire. Firewood is not provided. Please bring your own firewood, do not use on-site wood.
We like to offer a selection of wine for our guests to enjoy. We kindly ask you to reimburse us $15 per bottle upon checkout
