Hot tub with a great location. Close to village and tax free outlets.

Please don’t forget you’re hot tub towels.We do supply everything else...We are now an easy 5 minute walk to the new MT Washington Recreation path...ALL Major 3 day holiday weekends is a min of 3 nights!! 10:00 sharp check out time for july and august.
Must bring Bathing and hot tub towels we will supply everything else.
We will supply everything else Stand alone beautiful home with gas grill, dishwasher, washer, dryer, wood stove and fire pit and much more. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with pudding pond trail head only minutes away and only 5 minutes to the Village. The home offers a total of three bedrooms--two bedrooms upstairs both queen size beds with a futon as well and two sets of bunks in lower area. The main area is an open kitchen, dining living room with table and counter seating for the whole group. There are plenty of TV's which you can access your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., videos as well as owners' 500+ digital movie library from all Rokus, and wifi. The lower level also offers a place for the kids to hang out and play which is nice for the parents.. No need to pack up high chair, booster seat or pack and play as we have them too. Lots of people have to work on vacation so we added a nice work area. We have thought of everything so no need to pack anything but you,food and your clothes. There is a second/private entrance to the downstairs sleeping area.

The Grayson property is lovely! Located on a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The house has everything for a home away from home getaway. Close to all major areas in N. Conway. Kerri the property manager is great! She is responsive and on top of everything. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Great family get away

This place has everything! Everything a large family could need while away. The location was close to N. Conway area attractions. There is a lovely walking trail close by. The kitchen has it all! Basement was a perfect kid hang out, great for all ages. The jacuzzi was wonderful and clean. We look forward to booking again!

We had a good time, the ice at the front and back door was tough but the ice melt did help! Once we figure out the hot tub we much enjoyed the hot water … felt amazing! Location was convenient to the Main Street in North Conway!

Everything you want.

2 adults and 7 kids. Everything was as advertised. Plenty of space, and very easy to just slide into and have a great time. I’ve had some iffy experiences with rentals in the past and this one was wonderful and trouble free. I’d recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. It was clean and really nice on the inside. Unfortunately there was a huge problem with caterpillars all over the deck. We couldn’t really utilize that part of the house. It was definitely NOT the owners fault but it would have been nice to have used the outside areas.

Meh, expected more due to positive reviews

This property is in a good location and the host is very responsive, however we found the home extremely dated and just ok. At 400.00 a night total, we expected beds to be comfortable (in one room upstairs I kept rolling into my spouse all night due to angle downward, the other room's bed an old flimsy mattress that squeaked loudly with any movement. Pillows sheets and towels were old need a refresh. (hot tub towels were great however) On a positive note the jacuzzi tub was outstanding.

Great location just far enough away from the main road where it's quiet and secluded but a very quick 5 min drive to all the shops and restaurants. Kerri was a great host and was attentive during the booking process which didn't go smoothly due to fraud protection. We definitely want to stay here again!

Amazing Cozy Family Escape!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here! We have three kids under 5 so they were in absolute awe of all the toys in the basement and the bunkbeds were so fun. Hot tub offered a nice escape after a long day of skiing. Also location, location location! Cannot get any better, so close to town, the mountain, groceries, you name it. We had an issue getting in with our lockcode and Kerri was super responsive and helpful. Definitely bring your own towels.

Mountain vacation

We had a lovely time. The hot tub is fabulous. The cottage is a gem. We used the woodstove quite a bit to keep that place toasty warm on these cold cold days. There are so many trails to hike in the immediate vicinity. We were never lacking nature ! Town is quite close by, but once we’re home, it’s nice and quiet. Highly recommend it. Also very close to any skiing that people would like to do both cross country and downhill. Will definitely return.

Cozy and comfy....perfect weekend get away!

Spent the weekend here with my close friends and family to throw my 13 year old birthday party. The girls were able to have their own space down stairs while the adults stayed upstairs.....which worked out. Kahuna Laguna was minutes away and they came back and enjoyed the hot tub! It was a blast. The host was excellent at anaswering questions timely throughout whole process. The only minor complaint that we had was how.low the toilet was to the ground. It is not great for people with bad knees.
