My priority for a Vrbo is quiet. The highway traffic was insane, the constant thumping of the music from a nearby night spot til 1 AM kept me awake. Then the 3AM arrival of someone in the adjoining house was the topper. I slept less than 2 hours. These things are key factors that should be disclosed.

Very clean and comfortable room. Short distance to the Marshwalk but not walkable as I was told, but very easy to drive to. Had a small issue with check in, was given the wrong code and took host about 30 minutes to respond but overall place was just as expected. We went for our anniversary but unaware that it was bike week so the noise of constant motorcycles was annoying at night. Will come back when not so crowded. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom good size but shower a bit small, great hot water! No need to cook as the restaurants are all amazing!!
