Wonderful condo in great location!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our 4 nights at this condo. The condo is very comfortable and updated. The complex has great green space, with nice picnic tables. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, right from the balcony, or green space. We chose to stay in central Molokai for the convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Restful and Relaxing

Molokai is lovely and this property has a nearly perfect location. There are minor problems with the condo we rented -- the utility closet door has issues, and there's termite damage to a toiletries inset next to the sink -- but nothing that affected our stay. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean every evening. We hope to come back.

OK but needed attention

Front door and broom closet needed maintenance to relieve sticking and were very hard to close or open. Kitchen needed sink stopper and/or dish pan. Very minimally equipped. No directions for TV provided.

impromptu stay

Due to many different factors at play we came across this little slice of aloha and felt very fortunate to be able to stay there. To be honest we didn't have very many options and with limited access to travel we landed here with family staying in an adjoining unit. The unit's layout and amenities were very nice and updated. We only had one larger concern as we spent our one night. Whether in the bed, shower, or the couch, we continuously would find numerous long black hairs. Spoiler, neither of us had black hair. Being it was only hair, we weren't super concerned, just mildly disappointed. In the grand scheme, should we find ourselves on the island again, we would book again.

All was good but nobody was on site when o arrived and it was difficult to find cell service.

It didn’t take long until I reached someone who gave me the the code but best to figure that out before you get there.

Great location, great ocean view, quiet

We stopped here for four days on our way home, after visiting Kauai for ten days. It was our first visit to Molokai. Due to only having one small town we decided to stay close to it, and this condo was perfect. Just two miles outside of town, it was close to town but just far enough away to be a very quiet location. They grounds a very tropical and well maintained. We had a great view of the ocean and pool area, the furniture was new and tasteful, with a Hawaiian flare without being tacky. Our condo was on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. The cool ocean breezes blew right through the condo when we left the screened slider door open, which made the condo very cool and comfortable. Plus there were ceiling fans and portable floor fans. The resort was very quiet. The pool was clean. We did wish the owner provided fold up beach chairs and a small ice chest. We considered buying them in town but didn’t want to spend $80 to use them just a few days. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this condo and this resort. If we ever return to Molokai we will again rent this condo.

Definitely not high luxe style

You can tell that this condo has been recently updated and is a better choice than many other rental units available, but it is definitely not high luxe style. Plus it lacked amenities that I would have expected: no beach anything- chairs, towels, snorkel stuff, no filters for the coffee machine, no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen, etc.

Adorable 1 bedroom condo has nice upgrades, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The view from the balcony is beautiful and is located close to town. My only complaint is that there is no air-conditioning
