The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check that propane grill and the gas shutoff valve is off (perpendicular to the gas line). Kindly ensure the firepit cover is properly replaced after use. Lock all 4 exterior doors and windows.
Check that all kayaks are upside down and on the rack, oars positioned in middle of rack, and life vests are in the deck box adjacent to the hot tub under the deck.
Confirm hot tub is covered with 4 buckles fastened, Turn off jets and reset temperature to 100°F. Please empty the two refrigerators. Consolidate trash/recycling and leave in 1st floor kitchen area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
