The Space:
Designed to make the most of its peaceful waterfront setting, this home combines comfortable interiors with inviting outdoor spaces made for slowing down. The fully equipped kitchen flows into bright living and dining areas, creating an easy space for family meals, game nights, and quiet mornings overlooking the lake.
Three comfortable bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms provide plenty of room for families and small groups to unwind. Outside, the experience continues with a private dock, complimentary kayaks, a paddleboat, fishing gear, and direct access to the calm waters of Long Bow Lake. After a day on the water or exploring the Berkshires, relax in the private hot tub while taking in the surrounding woodland scenery.

Other Things to Note:
Long Bow Lake: Please mind that unfortunately we have no control over the water quality at Long Bow Lake. The Lake is monitored and managed by the Long Bow Lake Association and it is them who make the decision to close the lake if needed. Of course, we will update you about any issues for informational purposes for you to swim or paddle at your own risk.
Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
This property features an EV charger for convenient electric vehicle charging during your stay. A fee is required to use the EV charger. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to use the charger, as it cannot be turned on at any time.
Air conditioning & Heating: There's a total of 5 mini-split units at the house. There’s a mini-split unit in each of the three bedrooms and two in the living-room. Please use the gas fireplace for heat in the house before any of the electric heaters. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. The standard pet fee is $150 + tax for one dog. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can accurately apply the additional fee ($50 + tax per extra dog). For everyone's comfort, dogs must stay leashed outdoors, and waste must be cleaned up promptly. Please note that cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Long Bow Lake: This property has private access to Long Bow lake. While we openly advertise the lake access feature, please mind that:
- There is no life guard on duty at the lake.
- We have no control over the quality of the water at any given time, and the Sherwood Green Association may deem it necessary to limit access to the lake if the testing results require so, without prior notice.
- While we do not prohibit ice-fishing in the lake during the winter months, we definitely do not encourage it for safety reasons! Please assess any risks and consider your group's safety before ice-fishing at the lake.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 6 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 6 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
