Experience Lincoln like a local in this 2-bedroom/2 full bathroom unit is located on the penthouse level of the Rivergreen Resort, a family friendly resort perched at the base of Loon's South Peak along the Pemigewasset River. You'll enjoy being in the heart of Lincoln, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and recreation. Step outside and walk the trails, or walk over with some tubes to the river and float in the sun! On-site, there is an indoor pool and jacuzzi with towels provided, game room and grills.

Wonderful host and fantastic condo! It was clean and organized with everything you need for a comfortable vacation with your family! Great bathrooms, comfy beds and a blowup mattress. Soft towels, great coffee maker, wonderful pool and gym on property. We will definitly look into renting this unit again.

Very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds! Easy access to pool and hot tub (don't need to go outside). All access codes were accurate and timely upon our arrival. Amazing location! Highly recommend!
