This beautiful private corner house has 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath is located few steps from the 5 acres of clean sandy shores of Lake Erie. Sunset Bay USA is the home of two waterfront attractions – The Sunset Bay Beach Club and Cabana Sam’s Bar & Grill.
