Beautifully renovated first floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo situated directly across from Lowdermilk Park Beach. No need to search for a parking place! All new appliances in fully equipped kitchen. Master en-suite has a king size bed, 50” TV, full closet and walk-in shower. The living room has a large reclining sofa and 65”TV. Off the kitchen is an additional half bath with a full size washer and dryer. After a day on the beach, relax on the enclosed lanai as you watch the spectacular Naples sunsets. Only minutes drive to all that 5th Ave has to offer! Seasonal rental includes all utilities, wireless internet access, You Tube TV and Netflix. Owner lives locally.
