Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is close to absolutely everything! You name it, it's likely 10 minutes away. All the best San Diego beaches, restaurants, activities, parks and playgrounds, museums and more are all very close! This is a great location if you need close access to downtown, beaches, the zoo and much more! You couldn't ask for a more beachy vibe with a central location.

What makes this property unique

Our place is actually quite large for the location it is in. Being so close to the coast is a benefit but the 4 bedrooms give it a great family and fun hosting vibe! You will be very comfortable staying in this spot with outdoor living space as well.
