Welcome to the beautiful, newly renovated ski-in, ski-out, walk to town condo at the Chateaux!
Ideally located with Peak 9 in its backyard. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift offers easy connections to 187 trails, 33 lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain. Stepping out the front doors, you'll quickly reach the heart of Main Street with its wonderful restaurants, brewpubs, and shops to explore.
The space
CONDO
With 1264 square feet, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a spacious open feel. Newly remodeled, with comfort and style in mind, whether you're here by yourself, or with family, you will find our condo a gem in the heart of Breckenridge! With Peak 9 at the Chateaux's backyard, this is a true ski in/out condo. In addition to being on the mountain, the condo is a 2-minute walk to Main Street, placing you steps away from shopping, dining, grocery stores and everything Breck has to offer.
The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, stainless steel carafe coffeemaker, Keurig and toaster. All cooking utensils/pots and pans are at your disposal. The living room, and both bedrooms, have ROKU HD TV's with cable. Wi-Fi is included, with high-speed internet. A washer & dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen, next to the pantry.
In the summer, enjoy hiking over 100 miles of trails, biking from Breck to Frisco and beyond, horseback riding, paddleboarding - Maggie Pond, mountain biking & Epic Discovery for families - Peak 8, soaking up the beautiful sunset outdoors - at one of the many local eateries, and more.
In the Spring, Summer & Fall, open the door and windows to enjoy the peaceful meadow and creek behind the Chateaux. The weather here is amazing!
MAIN LIVING
The upgraded soft sectional and chair await! Perfect after a long day of activities. Soft throws and a variety of books and games for all ages can be found in the console. Get cozy in front of the fireplace and relax!
Store all your ski gear in the ski locker, located in the hallway inside the condo.
BEDROOMS
The newly appointed main bedroom boasts a Silk & Snow king bed & mattress, ensuite bathroom with double shower heads, double vanities and closed toilet. Bamboo sheets and all-season comforters/pillows elevate the bedding. The room also offers a ROKU HD TV with cable. Double closets give plenty of space for clothing and storage with extra bedding & pillows.
The second bedroom also has Silk & Snow mattresses on a queen over queen bunk bed and a twin daybed for extra space. Bamboo sheets and all-season comforters/pillows are found here. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with separate sink, shower and toilet. A ROKU HD TV with cable and closet finish the room. Extra bedding is located in the closet and under the bunk bed.

By 8:00AM, mountain time, on the day of your arrival, an email will be sent with your reservation ID. This will prompt you to download the Village at Breckenridge app, if you have not done so previously. (See Guidebook sent via email). The app will guide you to unlock your reservation. Remember to ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS. This will set you up to access the Chateaux Building, Underground Parking, if previously reserved, as well as the Village at Breckenridge (VAB) main building. If you arrive earlier than 4PM, you may access the lobby and amenities at the VAB building, located 10 yards off the Chateaux's front entrance. If arriving by shuttle we can issue a locker, for your belongings, until the condo opens at 4PM. Please let us know.
PARKING:
Parking is not guaranteed. The earlier you reserve the condo, the better chance for parking. Especially during peak times. We will always do our absolute best to ensure you receive a slot. 1 car space per stay. If you do not get a space at the condo, overnight paid parking can be found at the Ice Rink, 1/2 mile from the condo. Cost is $20 weekdays/$35 weekends. You are welcome to unload/upload at the Chateaux for 15 minutes free.
Parking is already factored into your stay. From Nov 1st - March 31st, 1 parking space is $50 per night.
If you plan on taking the shuttle and do not need a parking space, please let me know BEFORE you book. I will reduce the amount/night for your stay.
AMENITIES
All amenities can be found within the Village at Breckenridge building. Walk out the Chateaux's front doors across to the VAB side entrance. The Health Club, Sauna, Hot Tubs Indoor-Outdoor Pools, Lobby with games, Movie & Gaming Rooms can all be found. As well as a small convenience store and business center, located within the VAB lobby. The Chateaux grill and patio are located on the right- back side of the building, as you walk out the front door.
SKI AMENITIES
The Maggie Building, to the right as you walk out the Chateaux to the Quicksilver Lift, houses Ski rentals and lift tickets, for your convenience.
DIGITAL GUIDE
Once the Chateaux condo is reserved, you will receive a full digital guide, detailing all you need and more, to make your stay in Breck complete. This will also have the contact number you will need for any inquiries during your time here.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
TRAVELLING TO BRECK
If the weather is bad, travelling to Breck between November - April can be difficult. It is highly recommended having or renting a 4WD or AWD vehicle.
SHUTTLE
During winter, most guests like to take the shuttle service from the Denver Airport. Shuttles are reliable with hourly departures regardless of weather. Once you arrive, everything you will need is within walking distance so you won’t need a car. The top shuttles at this time are: Epic Mountain Express (Epic Pass holders receive a discount), Summit Express and Peak 1 Express.
If you are getting groceries at City Market, a free local Breck shuttle stop is a block from the condo.
AIR CONDITIONING
The condo, like most, does not have AC. There are ceiling fans and tower fans, for the summer months, if needed.
