Hi! My name is Ryan and I would love to host you in my first condo located in Lake Wylie! My wife has been a host for some years and I have taken the leap to join her in the venture!

So although new as a host for SC we are not new to hosting as I share this same venture with my wife in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside the unit. No marijuanna on property even inside vehicle. Quiet Hours 11 pm - 7pm
Parking pass must be displayed to avoid towing… We are not responsible if towed. $100 fee is applied if parking pass is not returned to unit.
Furry friends welcome for $75 per stay but must be accompanied by you and secure at all times and must be cleaned up after to avoid fines up to $150.
