The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All bed linen and towels should be placed in the hamper. (Please leave the Bed Comforters and Pillow Shams on the Bed for deep cleaning.
Please place trash in the trash bin. Trash pick up is on Friday. We would appreciate it if you could bring the trash bin to the front of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events, unless approved by Host. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was even nicer than expected - beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived.The host was absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. She made everything easy and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.We were in town visiting family and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily return anytime we’re in the area and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a terrific experience!
