The apartment is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The apartment has 2 queen size beds, to up 4 guests. It is all tile floor, furniture, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. The location is fantastic, side by side with Sun Splash Park, short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (1.1 miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.8 miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only one mile from the Convention Center.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The building requires the use of a building key to gain access from the pool, beach any time and lobby after 11PM.

All was good except the entrance door. It needs repair and weather strip. 2 nights it was windy and the noise coming in the door kept us awake most of the night. Also the keurig did not work at all. Overall it was a great unit.
