Charming 1-bedroom condo by the water
Beautiful one bed one and a half bath condo on 5th floor with pool view and in unit laundry with all appliances. Centrally located close to SRQ airport, UTC mall, SMH hospital, walking distance to downtown, arts, museums and of course the beaches with kayak to launch by the bayou. The building comes with Electric charging stations, community pool, SPA, fitness center with internet, Kayak/paddle board,beach chairs,fire pit and parking. This unit does not come with a Boat Slip. Background check required by HOA
