Great place to stay with a great view from the 9th floor of the beach. Being up on the higher floor was great as the breeze from the ocean kept the condo cool. Great place to stay if you enjoy the beach life in Rota !!

Beautiful beach views

The apartment was just as described. The location was great, parking on site, and communication was easy with Pablo. The only thing I would have liked to have were extra shower towels, however, I did not request any but I’m certain he would have gladly obliged. I highly recommend his apartment to anyone visiting Rota and hope to return.

Return to Rota after 53 years

We enjoyed our stay and of course love Rota, our first home. The availability of beach chairs would be wonderful. Chairs not low to the ground to accommodate older adults. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the views firm any room was beautiful! The sound of the ocean at night lulling one to sleep was fantastic! A dream come true! Thank you Pablo and Maria!

Return to Rota

This was our first trip back to Rota since being stationed here in the 1990’s. Pablo’s apartment is in an excellent location, right on the beach with spectacular views of the beach and Cádiz. Nicely appointed apartment, comfy couch, galley kitchen and two bathrooms. Large windows provide for great viewing of ships coming and going. Wrap around patio with multiple doors. Linens, towels, dishes, and all the cookware you need to have a wonderful family vacation.Pablo and Maria were excellent hosts, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and the Spring Fair. If we make it back to Rota, we will check this place for availability first!Thank you Pablo and Maria

Tired apartment that could do with a complete overhaul. It could do with a deep clean.

Apartment has fabulous views but it was all down hill after that. The place is full of clutter. Owner could do with leaving information on the area. It would also be helpful if things like washing up liquid and an extra roll of toilet tissue were available. Have stopped in cleaner places too. Rather depressing really but loved the sea views and underground car parking.

It´s the first time that someone comments like that about my apartment, I don´t understand it. You just have to see the previous reviews and a review after from someone else ( everyone says it´s in perfect conditions). Two cleaning ladys prepared and cleaned the apartment, it was perfectly clean, tidy and without clutter, I checked it ( we may not have seen the lack of more toilet paper, I'm sorry). The apartment is not depressing, on the contrary, it´s very cheerful, it has a lot of light and it´s very sunny. Anyway, thank you so much for your comment. We will always try to improve it. Thank you again.

RETURN TO ROTA

The apt was everything we hoped for, nice size rooms, very clean and lots of windows and door with access to the balcony which has a beautiful few of the ocean and sunsets, parking in the garage , very comfortable beds, and on the main street where shopping and restraunts were close by. Easy walking around Rota and sightseeing so many interesting places. Pablo and Maria were wonderful hosts, always there to help anyway they could, we hope to come back soon.

Para repetir en otra ocasión. Las vistas, acceso inmediato a la playa y al centro histórico para pasear y tapear, la disposición de garaje que permite hacer excursiones x la zona, compensan las deficiencias para hacer uso de la cocina

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar, wir werden es berücksichtigen. Wir verbessern uns ständig, aber wir können das extreme Wetter, wie es während Ihres 40-tägigen Aufenthalts war, nicht bekämpfen (es gab 2 große Wind- und Wasserstürme von mehreren Tagen, die in ganz Spanien nicht üblich waren). Natürlich werden alle Unannehmlichkeiten und kleinen Fehler behoben. Nochmals vielen Dank.

This was our 2nd trip to Rota, in our hearts its our home away from home. Pablo was the best!!! We had several delays and he was still able to meet us. The flat and the views were amazing....from every room!!! Had everything from dishes to pans, great sized towels, dish liquid etc. Our hopes are to return for a 3rd visit and we would definitely want to stay here again. Can't say enough how our family enjoyed our time and our new "home". Thank you Pablo and family

Apartamento bonita (Stunning apartment )

Stunning views to the ocean and the city of Cadiz, just across of the bay. Clean and nice fully furnish furnished apartment. Very comfortable beds and overall nice place to stay at. Just meters away from all amenities but not loud at all. Another big plus is the (allocated) parking place, big enough for almost any car. Last but not least big thanks to the landlord, Pablo who was very kind at all times.

L’immeuble est au 9ème étage sur 10 , avec ascenseur et un beau balcon face à la mer. L'appartement est très clair, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée, et wi-fi fonctionnant parfaitement.Nous sommes un couple de retraités y ayant passé un mois entier très agréable. La communication avec Pablo a été excellente dès le début , c’est quelqu’un sur qui on peut compter, nous recommandons tout à fait cette location et y reviendrons sûrement.

El entorno espectacular, no es que esté cerca de la playa, es que estás en la playa. La distribución del apartamento muy buena, nuestra única recomendación es que el menaje de hogar está muy deteriorado, se podría mejorar con un poco. En general, nuestra experiencia es de 10. Gracias!!!

We stayed here for a month, views of the sea and Cadiz from balcony are excellent. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sunset every night. Wifi is free and works well in the apartment. Large secure underground garage with allocated parking space near remote controled entrance door. Private glass lift to beach with keyfob operation is nice. Pablo the owner is a very nice helpful guy, we only had one problem during our stay which he sorted very quickly. Excellent location in the middle of everything, easy walk to Cadiz ferry, bars, restaurants and numerous supermarkets. Plenty of bakeries around with fresh bread and lots of pastries to choose from. Gypsy market and flea market held every week if you want to browse. Would recommend and stay again if travelling in the area.

Una estancia maravillosa

La ubicación es perfecta. Pablo es un hombre amabilísimo que nos trató con muchísima atención, aunque no pudimos conocerle y a pesar de todos los imprevistos. Fuimos 2 matrimonios con niños y, a pesar de que el piso es pequeño, hubo espacio para que nuestra estancia de 3 noches fuera muy buena. No es un piso moderno, pero nosotros íbamos a descansar y desconectar, asi que los lujos no los echamos en falta. Gracias Pablo. Si tenemos oportunidad volveremos y además recomendaremos tu piso a otros amigos.

Piso ideal para vacaciones

Piso muy céntrico, vistas excelentes, amplio. Muy cómodo para una familia, pero un poco viejito. El dueño muy amable y atento. No nos importaría volver
