Just the right spot, for slowing down the hustle of Eugene. This place let's you turn your brain off and relax in town and in nature! Amazing neighborhood to walk around in. The hosts were excellent and extremely welcoming. Can't wait to stay again!

A great little place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Our only issue was the limited space around the toilet not being quite large enough for a plus sized person. Otherwise it was great and exactly what we needed close to the venue we were attending.

We’re sorry about the space around the toilet but there really isn’t anything we can do about that. This is an 100+ year old house with definite remodeling limitations.

Very clean. Lovely garden with a relaxing feeling of seclusion. A Thai and Indian restaurant both with excellent food just a few blocks away.

This is in a lovely neighborhood, and the host was friendly and told us about the nearby Friendly Street market, which had a variety of food trucks, and was very nice. The room itself was fine, but there was a lot of clutter in the garage you had to go through to get to the room. And althought the room had a hot-plate and mini-fridge, there was no sink other than the small bathroom sink. It was okay for us, as we picked up ready to eat salads at Trader Joe's, but I would not plan to cook in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Very unique gem, quiet place with a lot of character and a large beautiful garden. We enjoyed very much our stay there. The area (College Hill) is very nice too. This is more of a homey/rustic (in a good way) place, so not for those seeking a sleek modern Ikea-looking place. For very tall folks the headroom seemed a bit low but it was no problem for us. We hope to come back.
