We absolutely loved our stay at this Bonita Springs home! The kids had so much fun with the pool, hot tub, foosball, ping pong, Xbox, and Legos, and the huge fenced yard was perfect for our dog to run around safely. Rikke and Michael were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The master was enormous and the whole house was clean and had everything we needed. Fantastic location near beaches, restaurants, and shopping — we’d stay again in a heartbeat

This property is amazing. Loved the pool and hot tub. The fire pit area was amazing. The whole outside area is a tropical sanctuary. Loved the style of the home. It was clean and peaceful. Check in was easy. The house is large with plenty of places to sleep , if you have a large family. Plenty to do on the property alone. Screened in porch is where we spent most of our time and by the pool. The pool and hot tub were great! The yard is very private and fenced in which was nice. Great place if you’re just looking to relax . Plenty near by too!

We rented this house for a family weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Great common spaces and a massive outdoor kitchen. Love the indoor/outdoor living spaces as well. You feel like you’re at a private getaway. Everything was clean, and I don’t think the pictures did the property justice!

Amazing house and great location!

Our group felt so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here. The house and surrounding area are beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hanging out in the tropical yard and family room. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops, you can even walk if you like. We can’t wait to stay here again but next time we want to stay for a longer period of time.

It’s hard to beat this location - a few minutes from the beach and in the middle of everything in Bonita Springs. It is a quick ride to Naples and Ft. Myers. House is very well equipped for adults and kids alike, and the back yard is very private. The pool and bocce ball were a hit!

The place was clean, the pool and hot tub were great, and they grounds were nice. There were plenty of plates and cookware in the kitchen. They also had everything you need in the garage: 7 or 8 bikes, 10 beach chairs, multiple coolers, soccer and basketballs, pool floats, etc. And if you have little kids height chairs and toys. Ping pong and foosball also in the garage in addition to the bocce outside. The location was on a quiet street and the landscaping made that outside area feel very private which was also great for the dogs. Almost too much seating in the screened in porch.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 3 days, me and my family. We had a great time. The property is equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable time. Everything is very clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is exactly 5 minutes away and the other 11 .. which of the two is the most beautiful and quiet .. We had high expectations coming in based on the photos and reviews alone and it still blew us away. Gorgeous surroundings and a beautiful, luxe, yet super comfortable home made our week away so special. We especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the hot tub and pool after our days at the gorgeous nearby beaches. The recommendations Michael left were spot on and helped us spend the week eating and drinking delicious meals and wine in Bonita Springs….you can even walk to restaurants. The house was so accommodating for adults and kids and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the house - luxury soaps and products, bocce ball, plenty of bikes and kids books and toys to name a few. It was wonderful to have the seclusion of the house yet be so close to the everything. We cannot wait to return!

Great for kids of all ages - fabulous outdoor amenities

This house is a great option for families looking to stay near Bonita Springs. The owners communicated well before the stay started and were very responsive during our stay (I had questions about where to find things). There were plenty of beds, as advertised and the home easily accommodated our family of five. But by far the best part of the home was the pristine outdoor area. The pool and hot tub were great, and the outdoor furniture, hammock, fire pit, bocce court and basketball hoop were all used frequently. As was the beautiful ping pong table (and foosball table) in the garage. There were also bikes for everyone, although we never got to try them out. Overall, a great house with an outdoor area that exceeded expectations!

Great potential but needs improvements

The location was perfect and the house has ample space, but some challenges made the stay less than ideal. There were ants in the kitchen making it impossible to leave anything on the counter for any extended period of time. also we encountered 2 Florida water bugs (aka roaches) in the master bath. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the carpet a good cleaning. The house was well situated and very close to the beach and shops.

Gorgeous house!

Rikke & Michael’s Bonita Palms was fantastic and the perfect spot to just relax and soak up up authentic coastal Florida. My husband and I spent 9 beautiful nights here. First and foremost, the location of the property could not be better. Barefoot and Bonita Beaches are not more than 5 mins drive away or 15-20 mins by bicycle (supplied in the home.) Yet tucked away in a quiet residential street with pristine forest at the back of the yard. The real bonus here is you are walking distance to restaurants & grocery stores. The house is well appointed and decorated, comfortable beds, great outdoor patio and furniture (trust me, you will spend most of your time out here anyway). For the chef in the your group, there’s also an outdoor fully equipped kitchen! The only bummer is that now I know that I could have rented it directly from Rikke & Michael on their website scandinaples and saved 12 % on vrbo charges. Next time, next time..
