Prepare for luxury and splendid views of the Crooked Oaks golf views with this villa. The complex has an elevator and community grill for your personal enjoyment. Please note that this villa is handicap accessible but not ADA-compliant.



The Lake House at Seabrook gives guests access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes, and a library. Dining and shopping at Freshfields Village are just under four miles away. Enjoy fine dining and historic tours 23 miles away in downtown Charleston.

Important Things to Know:

This property has Seabrook Island Club Access for an additional fee. For $55/day or $315/week, you may purchase access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as golf, racquet sports, and club dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.

Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.

Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.

We loved our stay here! We intially had issues with our parking passes but everyone was wonderful about helping us get that resolved. We had regular check ins by the property manager and could definitely tell they aimed to give us the best possible experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, but location not for us

The property was clean and attractive. Very spacious. The downside was the location on the 3rd floor. Overall, Seabrook just wasn’t to our liking. It wasn’t easily walkable (no sidewalks), and felt more residential than beachy.

Great weekend spot

Found this rather last minute for Memorial Day weekend-place was very clean and comfortable. The third bed was a daybed in the main room-didn’t bother my seven year old at all, just a heads up. Also, I am assuming due to covid, there is no salt, pepper, spices etc-not a big deal either but I didn’t think to pack it so bring it with you! They do provide a few dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, dish soap, mini shampoo and conditioner. Beach is amazing, lots of wildlife, you have to go watch the dolphins stranding!

Quick End of Summer Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Winds. The condo is beautifully decorated and mostly updated. The view is nice and it is just a quick bike ride or car ride down to the Island club and beach. The only drawbacks would be the master bath and the kitchen supplies. The master bath is small and the shower is tiny and dated, particularly compared to the beautiful shower in the other bathroom. I know that one is the handicap-accessible bathroom, but the master bath could use a little love as well. The kitchen was very nice and we were excited to cook in it...however, it was very poorly supplied. Limited cookware and absolutely no pantry items at all, so if you are going to cook while there, pack EVERYTHING you think you might need, down to the salt and pepper.

The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and generally well stocked. The condo complex was nice as well with single car garage parking, shopping carts for loading and an elevator.Unfortunately the listing indicates pool access which is incorrect. There is no pool associated with the condo and you must have amenity card for either Seabrook pool…this is huge bummer and inexcusable to be included in the listing. A couple FYIs: plates are not microwave or dishwasher safe and there are no blinds in the room where daybed is.Automated check-in/out communication was helpful, however the communication was lacking there after. It was always “we’ll check with our team and get back to you”. It took 2 days to receive additional washcloths (initially only provided 3) and took too long to get additional parking pass.
