No parties! Approved guest only, if there's found to be additional guest there will be a fee. Yes, you can still play music etc.!
Stay off the grass with vehicles, NO ATVS OR MOTORCYCLES! No fireworks or guns, all of our neighbors have livestock.
Please take a picture of the furniture inside and out the cleaning crew doesn't know where it is goes. Please return all Items back where they belong.
