Very comfortable and homey house. It was so convenient to our wedding venue, Amsler Hills Winery. We found excellent places for breakfast and pizza close by. The variety and comfort of sleeping accommodations would make it great for any kind of gathering. The host was very easy to communicate with and check in and out was easy. The Piano House was simply amazing! It was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable.The owner takes great pride in making sure the guests have everything they need. The house is very cozy and has a home away from home feel. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The little town of Bellville is very cute. I would stay there again. Like Home Away From Home

This house truly makes you feel like home with all the needs taken care of. The house is so comfortable and charming. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and close to everything in Bellville. We even learned to play pickleball with the equipment provided in the house. An overall wonderful experience and a great place to stay!

Cute, clean, and comfortable home! Great location; close to the grocery store and gas station and a short drive to the middle of town. It is close enough to the railroad tracks that run through Bellville to hear the train blowing the horn in the night. I understand that that isn’t unusual in Bellville, but earplugs should help with that. The host was great with communication and quick to respond to any needs. Would love to stay here again!

House was very clean. Only issues were door combination access failed to work the first 12 tries. Interior temperature was 84 degrees. Had to adjust thermostat and leave the property for a few hours. Otherwise it was a good stay.Special thanks to the owner for coordinating the retrieval of shirts that were left behind after checkout.

The thermostat had inadvertently been turned off prior to check-in, and we understand how frustrating it was to wait for the house to cool down. We have since implemented additional pre-arrival checks to help ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the keypad, we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. The lock is functioning properly, but we understand that electronic keypads can occasionally be frustrating, especially when entering access codes. We will review our check-in instructions to make them even clearer for future guests. We appreciate your patience and are glad you gave us the opportunity to host you. This neighborhood is quiet with little to no traffic. You will see the children racing from house to house visiting their friends.

What makes this property unique

I love this charming house full of history and notoriety. For generations, the youth of Bellville came to learn piano here. Long-time residents refer to this house as, Mrs. Menke's house, where they learned piano. Mrs. Menke still teaches piano lessons next door.
