The Space:

Journey from the everyday to the exceptional at Sea Gate 406, a bright and open seaside oasis. Gorgeous beachfront views fill the main areas of the condo, letting you soak in the sunshine from any cozy spot you choose.



Grab beach chairs, and towels on your way down to the white sand each morning, and come home in the afternoon to a balcony with plenty of seating for everyone. Inside, find an open living area with stylish furnishings and custom fixtures, a well-equipped kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and such conveniences as a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room and bedrooms.



The bedrooms include a primary suite with private balcony access, a personal work desk, and an en suite bath with marble dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate dressing area.



The Sea Gate complex boasts a heated oceanfront pool, tropical lounge areas, and a grilling patio. As for Indian Shores, this quiet beach community sits just south of Indian Rocks Beach and is laden with Florida charm, fiery sunsets, and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, lovely beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Pros- excellent location, quiet beaches, good parking. Big balcony with great views. Good communication prior to check in.Cons- The front door was completely missing weather stripping in areas letting heat in and you can’t turn air below 73. As prior reviewer mentioned master bath had cracks and soft spots in shower, these needs to be fixed. Couldn’t use oven because when preheating the dirty liner caused a ton of smoke. Easy fixes, just needs tlc.

I’m sorry for the issues you encountered. I’ve reported the missing weather stripping to maintenance so it can be replaced, and we’ll have the HVAC limits reviewed to see if anything can be adjusted. The master shower’s cracks and soft spots will be inspected and repaired, and housekeeping has been notified to remove/clean the oven liner so it won’t smoke during preheat. These are all items we’ll prioritize for TLC. Thanks again for letting us know — your comments help us improve.

What an amazing property! It could not have worked more perfectly for our family. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach was such an easy and close access and the pool was close by. So, it was easy to switch from beach to pool which means alot with two littles. We look forward to booking it again!The only negative was the master bath shower floor...it appeared as if some strong cleaner had been used and the finish was worn off in large areas of it. Won't stop us from staying again.

Wow, what an ideal stay!
