The house worked very well for us. We wanted to just hang out on the beach or fish and you can you do both activities very easily. The beach is a short walk away and there is also a neat park for kids to play in near the beach. Very nice place to vacation.
Pictures are from YEARS ago. This is the worst beach house on this block besides the house across the street with 4 dogs that will keep you up all night. We could not even sit down because the stains looked like blood or poop on the couches. They had to give us a full refund due to no hot water for an entire weekend and they tried to lie and say we weren’t responding to the management company. Pine Island is full of beautiful homes, DONT PICK THIS ONE!
Place was perfect and located a block from the beach. Was disappointed in arriving and finding one roll of toilet paper and no extra, no bedding for the couch beds- kids slept with towels. no trash bags, and trash can outside was half full. We stayed a week. Kids enjoyed fishing out the back. Peaceful area. Good neighborhood. Nice house and again we all had a blast at the beach! Just suggestion on stocking the place a little better for your long term guests.
