Quiet building = quiet guests!
No parties, no smoking, and no loitering in shared areas. Quiet hours run from 10PM to 7AM, and we strictly enforce them out of respect for the long-term residents here. There’s 24/7 security on-site and we take house rules seriously. (Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.)
We have a pet fee of $150 for the extra cleaning.
- Security camera is outside the door, and a Minut/NoiseAware device is in the unit (don’t worry — it only tracks noise levels, not conversations).

Fabulous rental in Cleveland! Great location just outside of Playhouse Square and Cleveland State Univ, within walking distance to Rocket Arena to the west and Rock&Roll Hall of Fame. Parking in the garage saved us a ton (average cost 25 - 45). Bus stop in front, easy to use. Plenty of places to eat along the way. Townhouse was very clean, tv was a nice wind wound at the end of the day. Twenty stairs to bedroom and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, pillows were perfect. Temperature was nice, room was dark. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The property location was great for us because we could walk downtown to the stadium and drive to other places we wanted to visit. Secure parking is a plus! Unfortunately, there were a few glitches with check-in and some unforeseen issues; bad ventilation throughout the building and loud obnoxious presence in the alley below our apartment. These issues are not the fault of the host, just the way it was that weekend. Anna was great about giving us an extra hour for checkout!
