Great property. The room itself was exactly what we expected, and very comfortable. The beach access was easy, and it was nice having a pool though it is in need of updating (which apparently is happening soon). The beach was a little crowded each day (big building people everywhere), which made it a little difficult with a young child to play, but it was okay.

Beach view and access is fantastic. The condo is nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. Really like having a walk in shower in the guest bathroom. Don’t see that very often.

The location was very good but that’s about all of the positives that I can add. The unit was much smaller than expected and it was not clean. There were no sheets for the pull out bed nor pillow cases for the pillows in the closets. I do not feel the price was reflective or fair considering the condo size or cleanliness. As stated, the property was in a very good location and that’s the only good point that I will make on the unit.

No need to look further! . You will not be disappointed . It looks exactly as it is listed and was super clean and comfortable. It literally felt like my home away from home, The view is perfect. I love the high chairs so you can see over the balcony railing. I felt very safe and relaxed the entire trip, I want this couch for my own house! It was so comfortable, The place has shopping cart like luggage carts that are so much easier to maneuver than your traditional carts. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to wash towels (even though they provide plenty) and beach towels so I had a fresh one everyday. The place also provided plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap. paper towels, toilet tissue, and bathroom essentials like shampoo etc. There were beach chairs, beach towels. and an umbrella available for use which I thought was a nice extra touch. I look forward to returning!

License to Chill One Seagrove Place is an amazing property perfectly located in the heart of 30-A. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and offered easy beach access for enjoying the emerald-green waters of Seagrove Beach by day and picture-perfect panoramic sunsets over the Santa Rosa shoreline in the evening. The description was completely accurate and met all our expectations. We are already planning our return and have recommended this rental to our friends who are coming to 30-A in the fall. Thank you, Pinke Flamingo & Friends, for providing exceptional services!

We had an incredible vacation! Everything about the condo was perfect. It was very comfortable, clean and exactly what was advertised! The host was very informative and even provided an app with TONS of information in it. We have stayed at One Seagrove Place many times and this has been our favorite!
