New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
This well-appointed, captivating retreat is found on the third level and is part of the Shipwatch Villas complex, which offers its guests a swimming pool, outdoor grilling areas, a gazebo, and private beach access with outdoor showers.

The living room overlooks the shimmering ocean and pool below. The spacious room offers matching sofas, a TV with a VCR and DVD player, a portable stereo, and a ceiling fan. A sliding glass door leads out to the private balcony. From here you can sit and soak in the beautiful views of Topsail Island. The outdoor seating area is the perfect place for relaxing with a cool beverage. Hardwood cabinets surround the kitchen area. This space offers guests a refrigerator with an icemaker, a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee at the kitchen bar or cook up a gourmet breakfast and savor all its flavors at the dining table, accommodating up to six. The hallway holds two bedrooms, one at each end, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with double sinks.

The main bedroom sits on the ocean side of the condo. This room offers access through a sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck. You will love waking up to the peaceful sounds of the waves crashing on the sand below. Enjoy the privacy of the attached full bathroom. North Topsail Beach

The condo was very clean, listing photos very accurate, great location. My family stayed here while visiting my son at Camp Geiger. It was convenient to get to Camp Geiger. Grocery store and Walgreens were near so it was easy to get anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

We love the property, only suggestions take better pictures showing how close you are to the ocean. We were so pleasantly surprised how close this property was for getting into the ocean. It would be a huge selling point for the property.

Nice beachfront condo

This condo has a great beachfront location. The balcony offers views of the pool and ocean, with plenty of seating. Inside, there is plenty of space for 4-6 people to stay and not feel crowded. The building offers carts, which made it easy to take luggage up the elevator. To us, the biggest negative was the beds in the second bedroom. They need replaced, as they are uncomfortable, even for younger people, and very loud/squeaky.

Nice, but could use a few improvements!

The condo was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. It had awesome pool and ocean views from the balconies, and we loved that they were close by and easy to get to. My biggest complaints would be the beds. The master wasn’t very comfortable and the two in the other room were very noisy, uncomfortable, and felt broken. The WiFi was good except in the second bedroom. The cable was frustrating because we only found like four channels we could watch. The elevators on our side were not working. It got tiring fast having to walk up and down three flights of stairs. But besides those things we had a wonderful week and would probably stay here again!

Slightly less than perfect, but close

View was amazing (pool, palm trees and ocean). Has all the basic amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms still have the original formica counter tops and the kitchen and shower/tub are small (like everything was when it was originally built) but the owners have done a nice job renovating the place. We had a wonderful vacation.
