Nestled behind the dunes near the northern tip of North Topsail Beach, the oceanfront Topsail Dunes community provides beach access and a large beachfront swimming pool. Admire breathtaking views for days from your ocean-view balcony!

Your home away from home, this condo presents a light and bright interior with AC, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Whip up everything from beach snacks to home-cooked meals in the sparkling full kitchen. Relax and restore in one of two bedrooms or gather together for movie nights in the inviting living area. We love Topsail Island and have stayed at Topsail dunes several times. We found this unit to be really well stocked with even two boogie boards for the kids! Would definitely stay again!

Just what we needed

The location of this condo couldn’t be more perfect as it is located very close to beach access, elevator/stairs, and the pool. The views from the deck are exactly what anyone would come to the beach for. Breathtaking! The size and layout were perfect for our family.

The home was exactly how the website showed it. The view was amazing, we loved seeing dolphins Everyday several times a day. The only thing I didn't care for was there was construction in unit above us and the crew worked until 10pm. Otherwise perfect getaway for my 50th Birthday!

We were not given the correct door code. It took 20 min to get someone on the phone to get help. We could not get the tvs to work.

Great getaway

Close to elevator convenience..Nice unit with great ocean and sunrise view. Property was clean most places and especially where it counts, kitchen, bathrooms. Linens were nice and clean. Master BR very comfortable. Large bed in 2nd bedroom “ok”, twin was comfortable. Paper products, soap including dish, laundry, hand and DW liquid, bathroom tissue , paper towels were provided. Plenty of comfortable furniture including two “high” Adirondacks on porch. Kitchen equipment was adequate but a Large lidded stainless pan would be a good addition. Bring some food storage if you cook a lot. Pictures show unit accurately. Keurig here but not coffee maker.
