A masterpiece of style and design, this gorgeous second-row home features multi-level decks with serene marsh views. The beach awaits mere steps away! Beautifully appointed, the light and bright interior presents a private elevator and two separate living areas. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a center island, and breakfast bar seating for three. Extras like a KitchenAid stand mixer and toaster oven add convenience. A stunning chandelier illuminates the eight-seat dining table, while the adjacent living room offers comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a TV equipped with Roku. A bonus TV room upstairs is furnished with a corner sectional. After a fun-filled day, retreat to the luxurious primary bedroom, detailed with a desk workspace, TV, and access to a balcony with rockers and a glimpse of the ocean. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, standalone shower, and luxurious soaking tub. Another upstairs bedroom has a TV and balcony access. Pack lightly; your vacation rental has a washer/dryer.

Sandy Swan is the perfect getaway! So relaxing. They have everything you need to feel at home. Whether you’re wanting a romantic weekend as a couple or a family vacation with the little ones. The hot tub, golf cart, bikes, outdoor shower, patio dining area, fire pit, the list goes on and on!!!

The Sandy Swan

The Sandy Swan is adorable, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. Do not let the size fool you, my husband and I took our two teen daughters and everyone had space to relax. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made it easy for us to cook a healthy dinner for 4 nightly. The hot tub was a perfect end to a long day of exploring the area. Ample beach gear made beach day a breeze, and the outdoor shower made for quick clean up when we returned. The owners have made family time a priority with this little home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!
