Settle in for beachfront living at this laid-back, OBX retreat. Boasting ocean views and adjacent beach access, this three-bedroom getaway comes perfectly positioned for family-friendly comfort. Enjoy sunshine and sea breezes on the deck and kick back for comfortable outdoor living on the screened porch. After trips to the beach, rinse-off sand and saltwater in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside. The bright, lofted interior area features an open living area designed for group gatherings and the full kitchen features all the major appliances including a new stove for cooking in 2025 and a new dishwasher for easy cleanup in 2025. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials. Additional perks include a private hot tub and complimentary access to the seasonal, Club Hatteras pool.
