Pool and hot tub were great. The access to laundry machines in the unit were a real win. Bed was super comfy.

Our stay was wonderful and the perfect size with great amenities. The hotel provides towels for the pool and was close to the Universal Parks. At times, it took an extended amount of time for the water to get hot. Would also bring shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, and toilet paper as extra was not supplied. Overall, great stay for the price!

Exactly as soon in listing. Hotel is very clean and so was the suite. Wish we could have stayed longer. Balcony awesome. Loved the pool and outdoor bar. Wish the room had a couple of complimentary coffee pods had to track that down since we were only there 2 nights didn’t make sense to buy an entire packet. I really disliked the 10am checkout since our flight isn’t until 2 everything else thou was perfect

I reached out to the owner that there was little to no hot water. The shower had a drip. The kitchen had no baking sheets. The couch was in poor shape.

Nice property, felt a little strange. Seems to be a hotel that was converted to condos. There was what looked like water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom.

It was ok, but I wouldn’t book it again. The hot water wasn’t consistent. We had several cold showers. The temperature of the water for showers fluctuated constantly between cold and almost hot. There are many deferred maintenance items that should be addressed. There was mildew in the grout lines on the shower walls. Signs of mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. The wall at the shower cabinets has water damage. The folding door at the washer and dryer doesn’t work properly. There were no wash cloths. The couch has seen better days. There is no shade on the lamp. Only one roll of toilet paper, really?
