Located just a short, easy walk to the beach access of you’ll have quick access to relaxing on the beach, taking a boar ride, dining, or soaking in the new POOL. Prefer a ride? Carolinia beach has Golf Cart rentals to travel around town in for shopping, and soaking up the sun.

Inside, enjoy an inviting open layout perfect for families and groups to enjoy cooking out, swimming, and family gatherings.. Gather around the cozy fireplace, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax on the spacious decks while soaking up fresh beach air or soaking in the pool admiring the beach sunshine and air.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all towels in shower floors. Load and start the dishwasher. Take out trash. turn heat down to 55 when you leave property.
Check out time is at 10:00.
Make sure all doors are dead bolted. With high winds on top of mountains doors blow open causing pipes and toilets to freeze in house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
