Perfect property for 4 adults. Nice balcony. Very quiet community. Pool is maintained well. Great location for conferences center, my husband walked there. Beach is walkable maybe 20 mins or 4 minutes drive. Apartment had excellent beds ( which usually is my major complaint)High end quality bathrooms . Kitchen had good quality pots, pans and utensils. Easy parking for 2 cars.
