We got what we paid for and were overall satisfied. The property could use some maintenance. Bedding was all fresh and clean.

We’ve stayed at this property before and chose to come back because it’s such a great place for large groups. The house is well stocked, has plenty of space, and is located in a quiet neighborhood that makes for a relaxing stay.Overall, we had another enjoyable visit, but there were a couple of issues that kept it from being a 5-star experience. The house was quite warm during our stay, and we really wished there had been air conditioning. We also noticed a few items left under the beds from previous guests, which made us question how thoroughly the home had been cleaned before our arrival.Despite those concerns, this is still a property we enjoy and would consider staying at again, especially for larger gatherings.

My family of 7 liked this house very well. Our only complaint (and I should have noticed this in the listing) was that there is no air conditioning. We were there at the end of July, and it was very warm in the house. The host provided 2 fans, but we could have used several more box fans. The host was very responsive and indicated she would provide more fans in the future. Fortunately, my family always travels with several small fans, or I don't think we could have slept at night. We tried having the windows open, but the road noise woke me up one night and tons of tiny gnats came into our rooms another night. Other than that, everything was fine. The house was a central location for Mesa Verde and the Silverton-Durango train (both of which were amazing!). We would stay here again especially during cooler months! :)

This house was great for us. We enjoyed staying there for the week. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to cook a few meals with no issues and all the utensils we needed were there. Only two complaints and they are very minor. The driveway was hard to pull our cars in due to them being low to the ground. The truck was no issue. The only other thing was the water pressure on the showers, but again not a big deal at all. We would definitely book again if we travel back to Durango. Thanks for letting us use your house!
