This was a cute place to stay located near the OC Fairgrounds (about 5 minutes away). The street is mildly busy in the morning (with some car noise) but not too bad. There was plenty of parking on the long driveway and the street also allowed for parking. This is an attached house with it's own seperate enterance. I only saw and heard the people in the front house when I was checking out. Checkin was very easy.This home was clean, cute, comfortable and had a nice smell when I entered. It had all the amenities you need for a stay (dishes, glasses, utensils, wine opner, upgraded refrigerator, washer & dryer beach towels, iron, shampoo and slippers). Communication with the host was very good. She responded very fast. Make sure you park away from the large palm tree at the end of the driveway as the dead palms tend to fall down and a few hit my car. Overall it was a relaxing stay.
