Large, bright, airy modern cottage in river/bush setting close to Noosa. Comprising spacious bedroom and en suite, open kitchen/dining area, and sunken lounge looking through French doors onto huge deck and river. Ultra large deck overlooks fish friendly Yangubbi Creek (just 10m away). A lovely kangaroo family lives on the lawns. Seven minutes to buzzy Noosaville, 20 to Hastings Street.
A two person canoe (provided with life jackets) provides wilderness-like paddling experience, including through the bush to Lake Cooroibah.
Sit around a camp fire by your private stretch of bush fringed river, snags on the bbq, and listen to the mullet splashingand the evening birdsong.

Bush setting on tree fringed, mysteriously winding river with lots of birds and fish. On 4 acres (shared with separate house on a different patch of river). River on two sides and bush on remaining sides. Unique bush experience in conservation area, yet enjoy buzzy Noosaville 7 minutes away and classy Hastings Street/Noosa main beach in 15 minutes.
