Riverina Beach Villa, 5min walk to Noosaville beach & Restaurant strip

Comfy 2 bedroom air conditioned open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with Airconditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Sliding doors to a large 60m2 private courtyard complete with large outdoor lounge setting and electric easy to use BBQ. The fully equiped kitchen has a stainless steel oven, electric wok, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. Fast WiFi, two flat screen TVs and small Bluetooth sound system are included. There is an extra powder room for your convenience.

Main bedroom comes complete with queen size bed and adjoins a small private courtyard with outdoor claw foot bath with shower. Second Bedroom comes complete with Double bed and built in robe. The large main bathroom has a beautiful rain shower and modern laundry facilities including front loading WM & dryer.

Situated in a quiet court within a block of only 3 ground floor units each with their own carport. (Unit 1 has additional room to park small car)
Walking distance 200m to great restaurants, shopping and foreshore on Gympie Terrace, Noosaville. Located on local bus route and ferry service linking the local areas of Noosa, Noosa Junction & Tewantin or enjoy a 45 min walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Beach.

Noosa National Park

You can choose a number of different walking tracks to explore. A must do is to walk out to Hells Gate lookout. It's best to do the walks early in the morning, you can do short walks or for the more energetic long walks (over 10 km's). Whatever you choose once you finish enjoy a coffee or cold drink at the kiosk in the National Park, which is at the start of the walking tracks. Don't forget the camera so that you can take some amazing photos.

Easy Getaway

Great kitchen and shower. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Easy drive to where you want to go with walking distance to river and shops not far. A lot of construction in street currently.

A pleasant surprise

We were unable to stay in our regular accommodation and came across this villa. We stayed for a week and were not expecting very much, however, the villa was ideal for us. Though on the small side, the enclosed courtyard was perfect for our toddler to play in, when its not raining. The villa has pretty much everything you need except a dryer and a pool, but you cant have everything unless you want to pay big bucks for it. Its a short walk to the Noosa river & park and also the shops. I would recommend this villa for a small family (i.e. 3) or perhaps two couples staying for a weekend.

We stayed here in October 2014 and we thought it to be the best holiday villa we ever stayed in, as it is homey, clean,has everything you want in there and more,very well located.
