The Space:
You will receive a code to access the home in your welcome letter a few days before arrival along with details to help you with your stay.
Guest Access:
We have a private entrance to this home for guests with parking available in the driveway for up to four vehicles.

Nestled in a peaceful Cape Coral canal neighborhood, you're just minutes from nature & adventure. Enjoy kayaking or hiking at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, perfect for wildlife and mangrove walks. Rotary Park Environmental Center offers trails, butterfly gardens & river views. For food & fun, explore the Cape Coral Farmers Market, or dine locally at nearby cafes and restaurants. Enjoy parks, sunset views, and laid‑back Florida living close at hand.
Getting Around:
Just minutes from Cape Coral's top spots! Drive 3–5 mins to local dining on Del Prado Blvd, or 7 mins to Four Mile Cove Preserve for kayaking and trails. Downtown Cape Coral shops & the Farmers Market are 10 mins away, and the Yacht Club beach is just 15 mins. Enjoy quick access to parks, shopping, and waterfront fun—all within a short drive!

We will send you information prior to your arrival on how to use the hot tub. Kayak is located on the side of the house. Please return it here when done using.
Please note: The boat slip/dock may be rented separately to a third party. Slip renters do not have access to the home or private guest areas.
