Ana was very helpful and accomodating. However, the location was very secluded from what we were looking for, it was very quiet but too far to anything for us. There was one restaurant we saw nearby but not a neighborhood of options that we were hoping for. The house smelled of smoke and mildew making it feel not as clean as we would have liked. Pool area was nice enough.

Really is compound, has you need and is almost equally tempting as the beach. The property manager and staff were friendly and helpful. I high recommend this for any family traveling together.

We had a group of 5 stay in this house. It was so incredibly comfortable and clean! The property manager was very friendly and she was easy to reach. The house is incredibly accessible and the island is easy to navigate. We will be returning soon!

Delightful slice of Cozumel

So easy to grab a taxi out front. Minutes to downtown. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and easy taxi ride back home with groceries. *taxi will pick you up anywhere on the island. Confirm destination and price prior to entering the taxi. Ana is fabulous.

Super clean, and beautiful! We felt very safe, and had all the amenities! Ana was fantastic, she will meet you there and give you the tour and has local information for you! Try the awesome local restaurants near by! The locals were so nice and inviting. We were able to walk to restaurants, grocery store,etc. catch a cab to the “tourist” area if you want more excitement , the house was exactly as it appears in the Ad, spectacular! Nice pool! We loved our vacation!

Wowow! This rental was amazing. From booking, to checking in and out, was easy, fast and reliable. Anna supplied us with helpful directions and tips upon arriving to Cozumel from the ferry. She had helpful tips about the house and was always available to help us with anything needed during our stay. She definitely made us all feel welcome! The house was very clean, safe, and beautiful. 10/10 we will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you!!

Wonderful, Relaxing Escape

This was our 4th visit to Cozumel. This was the BEST place we have stayed at in Cozumel. It was about a 20-30 minute walk from the town square. Averaged about $6 per cab ride. There are restaurants and convenience stores all around (within 1 to 5 minutes walking). Ana was incredibly helpful!! Everything was just exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again. Nice cold A/C. Super clean pool. If you are sensitive to dogs barking nearby while you're sleeping, you could bring ear plugs, but it's not constant. I think they just barked when their owner got home each night at around 11 or so. We highly recommend this stay!!

Perfect location

WOW! Beautifull place. Nice pool and very clean. Beers fruits and cake awaited us upon our arrival. Every thing you need is provided including purified water. You only have to walk to the nearby grocery. We have rented for one month and founded good restaurants around like Benitos Italian. We had a very warm welcome from Veronica and Anabel did take care of us during the stay. She was very easily reachable on Whatsapp at all time. The house is located in a safe and quiet area. There are no bars with loud music around. We enjoyed very much our month there . Jean Marie

Satisfying. A simple word but not a simple achievement. The owners have accomplished it here. This property is magnificent . The master suite is over the top wonderful . And no complaints from the family members who joined us and stayed in the other rooms . All rooms are nicely appointed . All have a balcony or large window . Very nice. There is a full bathroom with shower beside the pool. Awesome and useful. The entire home is modern beauty . I could not have been happier . I paid a premium price for an 11 night stay during Cozumel's Marti Gras . I could not have been more satisfied with my choice . I could have stayed at any number of homes, but I am happy I stayed here. BUT....I have saved the best for last : Anna , The property manager , was absolutely.....WONDERFUL . She was the kind of person you would want to travel with , and all you travelers out there know THAT is hard to find and sincerely high praise . I am a 60 year old male writing the above, if that adds any perspective to a traveller. Enjoy this home

The perfect property.

Located close to a multitude of stores, and restaurants. Easy safe access to the property with off street parking. AC was easy to control, pool was very private, with plenty of pool toys included. I wouldn't hesitate booking this property again. Annabella was the best of hosts and eager to insure all things were functional.

Great House - Felt Very Safe

We had a great stay at this property. The house is very nice, beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. I loved being able to pull the car in off the street and have everything enclosed behind locked doors. It was a great place to return after a day of diving. We loved the private outdoor space. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Place

What a beautiful place! It is exactly as shown in the pictures. We had all the comforts of home and enjoyed ourselves very much. Host is extremely responsive and helpful, although everything was so well done that we didn't need her at all during the week. It feels like your own island paradise.

Inner city home away from tourists, 100% safe, secure and paradise in your own private pool area

House is close to downtown, only $2.50 taxi ride if you speak Spanish or don't act like a tourist, $3-4 if you speak in English. We walked down to the ferry in the center of town in about 30 minutes. It was a unique cultural experience on Sunday morning past the church and all the people on their day off. We felt really safe, but only went out in the day time. People were all very friendly to us. Be careful walking the sidewalks are like an obstacle course with cracks, holes, sawed off pipes, animals and their by products. It would not be a good place for a blind person to try to navigate. This is true for all of Cozumel area. We found $1 taco stand down the street and loved it. Living and seeing how the locals lived was an interesting experience in the non-tourist area. House is 100% safe and secure. It also matched to photos you see 100%. Nothing was dated in this house except for the iguanas, that usually visit the top of the back wall and neighbors rooftops late in the day to bathe in the sun. Obviously they have dated, because there were a few little ones that run around back there too. We had hummingbirds coming around and some were huge. I could see why, with all the beautiful flowers everywhere, this was the same for them as going to a buffet at Golden Corral all you can eat. We loved the pool and shooting basketball from the water. It is a great place to come home to after snorkeling all day or whatever events that you choose to do. Ana was a wealth of knowledge and support from before we got there to while on the way, while we were there and even for the way home. She guided us 100% correctly to the things we were looking for and gave us many helpful hints for success. Snorkeling is a must for fish and coral lovers at Sunset beach, Money Bar and Tortuga's (plus go north behind the buoys for about a hundred yards or so to the north). It was badass like swimming an a giant aquarium. Make sure you check the current flow before you get in too deep, they can be wicked. Ana kept us posted on severe weather potential, which helped us plan our events. I would 100% recommend this place, if this is something you are looking for in a vacation. We also did "Fishing with Pedro", 100% recommended if you are going to fish. If you want to go work on your tan, this is not the trip for you, go on a cruise boat. We caught 22 fish in three hours, went to Cielo Beach and ate fresh tuna (we just caught) ceviche made by Pedro.

Incredible Home on Cozumel

This home is absolutely beautiful! We had a great time at the house and it is exactly as you see it in the pictures. Very cool design, great backyard with pool. Anabel who helps Giovanni with the management of the home is incredibly helpful. She gave us great recommendations for food and taxi services. The home has some great features, a full kitchen, outdoor grill, a great dining table, and living room space. All of the rooms have lots of closets and drawers. The house is super secure too! We stayed here with three couples and had a great time! Highly recommend :-)

This is a fantastic brand new villa

This is a fantastic property, brand new fully equiped. Our host was Anabel very friendly and helpfull. Fresh fruit, coffee and a six pack of beer awaited us upon our arrival. Much appreciated. Anabel was reachable at anytime via Whatapps. She also helped us with taxi's providing us with information about taxi cozumel facebook page and how to use it. All in all a fantastic experience. Would definetly recommend and will probably be back next year
