I settled on Gracia without hesitation, as it has a small town feel and retained its historical charm and beauty. Everything is within walking distance: gorgeous and leafy plazas, a great variety of bars, cafes and restaurants, and an amazing sense of culture and community preserved through numerous local festivals and neighborhood events.

Tranquil and residential community, with friendly neighbors and quiet nights. Close to several metro, train and bus stops, steps away from some of the most famous shopping districts of Barcelona. Beautifully appointed ground level apartment, convenient for bringing back groceries.
