With 5 lovely bedrooms including 5 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 fold away twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to unwind. Each bedroom on the second floor has private outer door to the wrap-around porch and views of the boardwalk and dunes. The 3rd floor is a guest suite including a sitting area with smart TV, work space, coffee bar, queen bed, and private bathroom with shower stall.
The house has a small but mighty backyard featuring a trex deck with seating for 8, lounge chairs, beach shower and a propane grill. A gravel driveway can accommodate 3 midsized vehicles for your guest group.
This home is uniquely situated close to the beach and boardwalk, with a few minutes walk to local restaurants and a ten minute walk to the heart of the boardwalk.
This home can accommodate up to 10 guests. Friday to Friday rentals in the summer- 7 day minimum by local law. Provides OFF St. PARKING, linens, towels PROVIDED.
