This adorable retreat is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower, jetted bathtub, and hair dryer. Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. stay comfy with AC, heating and laundry. You're sure to make fantastic memories and make this your happy place. Located near Civil War grounds there are plenty of places to explore nearby. We are 9 minutes away from Summersville Lake, 13 min from the New River Gorge Bridge! 20 minutes from Summersville, ATV trails, Rock-Climbing, white-water rafting, zip lining, boating, fishing and amazing local food all within a 30 min drive! Please make sure the numbers in your reservation are correct. This will save you an excess charge later.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all trash in the bins outside provided. Please do not throw trash in the fire pit. Please clean off access food on grill after each use.
Please pick up all food outside and please put all trash in bins and make sure they are shut to prevent animals getting to them. Keep the hot tub cover on the hot tub while not in use.
Please call or text me with any questions, concerns, problems, or whatever needs you may have.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not eat in the hot tub and keep all glassware away from the hot tub.
pull sheets and start a load of towels before you leave, put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
each additional person and pets will be charged. Any damaged or stolen items will be noted and charged.

My dad bought this property back 2004, it has been a 2nd home most of my life.

What makes this property unique

This cabin sets on 3 achars of land so you have plenty of privacy away from the neighbors. The natural beauty of this area is what makes it so unique and special. Even in the winter, the scenery is breath taking. You may see all types of wildlife, and you are very close to the Meadow River. take the time to go explore the surrounding areas nearby.
