Walk to shops, parks, and beach when you stay in this 660 sq ft, well located, 1-bedroom detached guest house. You'll be one blocks from charming Main Street restaurants, shops, and the Thursday afternoon Farmers Market. Library Park concerts and festivities are down the street, and the beach is less than a mile walk.
The house has a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings and an open kitchen/living room. The private bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a stacked washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and large pantry. A private outdoor patio has room to grill and enjoy a meal al fresco. House has high speed wifi with streaming TVs (Roku) in living room and bedroom.
House includes 1 parking space, just steps from the front door.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking, and we can only accept stays of 30 days or more. Contact me for more information.
