It was a nice house for space in the bedrooms but there was not good space to socialize. The two couches were kind of small and uncomfortable and would have rather have room to sit and talk. There are 4 bedrooms and we often went into bed to relax because of space. The kitchen would benefit from a small island of some sort to add counter space too. The utensils for cooking were fall apart as well so could use a refresh. The kitchen trashcan was broken as well which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others.

Cons: Needs a good cleaning (floors were filthy - visibly brown-colored when wiped). Not only smelled sour/off-putting in some rooms, but I question whether our sheets were even laundered in the bedroom we slept in (smelled of sweat). Perhaps it was the pillows? I did not remove the pillowcase to observe. Pros: The house provided ample room, appliances functioned well, plenty of plates, glasses and utensils, etc.

Could be a little more pet friendly (yard was not groomed well, back yard was not fully enclosed) At first glance it appeared adequate, it lacked a few house comforts like additional blankets and towels to accommodate the number of people staying. More seating in the main living space would be beneficial as it sleeps 8 but only seats 5 on the sofa/loveseats. We had the following issues:Overflowing trash in can sitting right in the front of the house.Weather stripping on front door loose and hanging on the bottom. Table in large bedroom was not put together safely/securely and fell over when small items were placed on it. Dirty dishes were found under one of the beds. Property advertised grill. It had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. Back yard possed safety hazards for pets.
