New Listing! Escape to this charming and newly renovated modern cottage in the Leiper's Fork area of Franklin. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, along with 2 Full bathrooms, this home is perfect for up to a group of 5 guests. There is a flex room with a daybed for the 5th guest. The location is wonderful - peaceful and surrounded by nature yet it's a short drive to the village of Leiper's Fork (4 miles), Southhall Farms (2 miles), Leiper's Distillery (3 miles, Main Street Franklin (6 miles) and if you want to venture into Nashville, Broadway is 27 miles away.
You will love it!

This was the perfect place to stay after a wedding at Southall Inn and Farm - only a three-minute drive. Everything is newly remodeled, clean, lots of natural light and a beautiful view out of every window. Loved it. The host was great. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our family time out at Leiper’s Fork. The country cottage was well appointed with nice linens and a well stocked kitchen. It was basically a brand new house with a country feel. The fireflies lit up the hillside in the evenings which made our getaway in the country even more magical. Close to town and local market. Alice was a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this location! We would definitely book again. It was peaceful and cozy. Total privacy but close to town. Perfect for my family! The host was quick to reply and helpful! It was clean, had a little area with a kids table and books that my kids loved, and a view that was priceless. We also thoroughly enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace on the cold days! I definitely would recommend this to our friends and family!

The property is lovely, newly renovated and spacious. It sits on a large piece of beautiful land surrounded by historic properties, providing a peaceful, quiet relaxing environment during one's stay, yet it is only minutes from the quaint downtown Franklin area with small shops and restaurants. We saw lots of deer, other wildlife and awakened to the sound of singing birds each morning! I have never experienced a more gracious and caring host. I received both emails and texts with all the check-in information, she checked in via text during our stay, and welcomed our arrival with a hand written card and a loaf of banana nut chocolate chip bread! This place is a gem!!
