It was a clean room. The kitchen was complete. You supplied everything we needed, coffee, soap, etc. The views are fantastic. You may want to change the intake filter.Kinda difficult getting to the water with kayaks. Overall we had great experience.

Beautiful place. Very clean, very relaxing. Host made check-in, check out process a breeze. If you are looking for a comfortable place to get away from the hustle and bustle…this is the perfect property!Also very cool to see some of the military helicopters fly over occasionally from the nearby military base.

Property was immaculate and more that what I expected when I booked here. As soon as you walk in the door, the view of Lake Barkley is one of the best you could find. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly night we experienced, so we followed the soak by roasting smores that night by the fire. Very happy to have rented from these wonderful property owners.

this Cadiz, KY home — easily a five‑star experience. The house was huge, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and more space than we knew what to do with.The hot tub was a total vacation lifesaver, and the game room kept everyone entertained (and competitive). The water access made getting to the lake super easy, and the fire pit was perfect for late‑night laughs and marshmallow‑burning attempts.Now… the downstairs bathroom deserves its own shoutout. The two pictures on the wall — one man and one woman holding their noses like something died — had us cracking up every single time we walked in. Honestly, those pictures alone were worth at least one star.Overall, this place had everything: comfort, fun, relaxation, and bathroom art that roasted us every time we used it. We’d absolutely stay here again.
