Book your vacation in this beautiful unit! New livingrm and prem. King mattress

We are on the third floor, on a quiet part of the building away from the pool. Accessing the pool is easy, but you don’t have the noise. Third floor is also great because you don’t have to depend on the elevator if you’re able to climb stairs! We have continuously made improvements on this unit since we purchased it eight years ago. Check us out!

We have stayed at this property in the past and it is a consistent favorite location. Great views of the beach, especially at night seeing the full moon on the ocean. The sounds of the waves. The unit is well stocked, clean, organized, good quality as always. Great communication with the owner.

We love our getaway in Florida and want to share it with others! Dan and I live in Bucks County, PA and have family who owned in Indian Harbour Beach Club. We decided to purchase 5 years ago and have loved every minute of it! We have invested in improvements every year and many of our guests return for multiple visits.

Why they chose this property

You will feel at home at this unit. It is tastefully decorated and comfy! We purchased brand new top line mattresses for all three beds since we have owned, new furniture for both bedrooms, new washer and dryer. dishwasher, A/C unit and new dining room set. We have replaced all doors in the unit. We invest in YOUR comfort.

What makes this property unique

We are on the third floor, which makes it easy to take the stairs instead of the elevator. We are on the opposite side of the building from the swimming pool, so you can enjoy peaceful time on the balcony.
