We had a wonderful time in this ground floor unit! It was just steps to the beach and the pool and with 3 kids under 6 it was so convenient. We did not have beach chairs in the unit but we bought a couple from Walmart and left them for the next family! Overall would definitely stay again!

We stayed in condo 106 and it was absolutely perfect. Condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need including beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We walked out the back door and within minutes we were on the beach. Could not have been happier!

This was my 1st VRBO rental and I’m so glad we chose Indian Harbour Beach club! Our1st floor unit was newly remodeled and had EVERYTHING we needed to stay the week! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and even the crock pot was used! Super clean, comfy, and just steps away from the pool and beach! We even got to see 2 SpaceX launches from The Kennedy Space center on the beach! This is not a busy tourist area and we enjoyed every moment of it! Thank you Cindy for being a great hostess! We will definitely be back next year!

My family and I traveled here for a wedding but wanted to make our trip a mini vacation too. This was the perfect spot. Ground floor, screened in front porch overlooking the ocean, a heated pool to the right of the room. We sat out on the porch every night. It’s not far from the Kennedy Space center and one night we decided to sit on the beach after dark, the sky lit up like the sun was rising. We were lucky enough to see a rocket being launched. It was amazing.

LOCATION just as advertised and more. Had the most perfect mother's day weekend ever. The apartment just as advertised and extremely well equipped from bedding to kitchen ware to laundry. No complaints. Clean, private and accessible. Cindy was a superhost. Had a minor issue with the AC on Sunday called Cindy and it was resolved promptly, and courteously by professional personnel.. Indian Harbor 28 Day Getaway

Very Nice Roomy 2 Bedroom, very simple but clean amenities.. An absolute gem in my opinion because you didn't spend all your time cleaning, even after 3 Grandchildren that stayed for a week. The ground floor was also excellent, with full view of ocean and sunrises, but no need to use elevator and walk entirely around building to head to beach and Pool. The unit was literally 20 steps to pool and 30 steps to beach. We will be going back next year and probably be returning for years to come! The beach…

This is a good location, staff is super helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. I will say that our unit is in need of some cosmetic work. There is a gap between the wall and ceiling in the shower, and several scuff marks on the door frames and front door. A few minor fixes and it would be amazing!

Great place for a family vacation

We live a little over an hour north of this property location but wanted to spend some time near Cocoa Beach without being in the middle of the chaos. This property didn't disappoint. We were literally feet from the water and spent a lot of time in the screened porch. The property is a little dated but for the price I didn't expect brand new and modern, so that wasn't an issue for us. Some of the beach items were in disrepair and couldn't be used, but there was so much seaweed that we didn't spend much time on the beach anyway. Parking spots are very tight, so I wouldn't bring a larger vehicle to park. We enjoyed our time here and will plan on returning!
