Beachfront Vacation Rental, W/ updated kitchen and bathrooms. Right on the beac

Building Painting Project – October 13th to November 14th.
The Indian Harbour Beach Club will be undergoing exterior painting during these dates (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays only if delayed by weather).
From 11/3–11/14, painting moves to the north, south, and west sides with little to no impact on your stay. The pool and beach remain open, and walkways will not be affected.
This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Welcome to your corner of paradise with the beautiful water of the Atlantic Ocean and a sandy beach as your backyard. Conveniently located in Indian Harbour Beach between Melbourne Beach and Satellite Beach. This ocean front luxury condo has panoramic ocean views from a private balcony accessible from both the living room and your master bedroom suite. Wake up in your spacious king-sized bed to a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic and enjoy your coffee while listening to the waves along the beach. You might catch a rocket launch from nearby Cape Canaveral at the Kennedy Space Center. You can watch dolphins playing in the surf, or just watch the beach goers enjoying their day. Your balcony is situated to give you beautiful ocean views, but yet give you afternoon shade. Beach chairs (2), beach towels and an umbrella are provided.

We feature a condo that is tastefully decorated and has fully equipped modern kitchen. We have cable television in the living room, master suite and guest bedroom. We also have free WI-FI for your enjoyment. Our pool is heated and has an ocean view, and it is visible from the balcony. We have private covered parking just steps away from the entrance. Walt Disney World and universal studios are only 60 minutes away. You are centrally located to many of Florida attractions like Florida's oldest city, St. Augustine. Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge is where you can view manatee's as they move into warmer winter waters. At the end of the day sit and relax as you watch the moon rising over the water.

Great Spring Break!

Great, quiet location right on the beach. The rental had everything we needed for the beach; a few bogey boards, 4-5 chairs, an umbrella, a few sand toy shovels. We went to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center, which were quick and easy drives. We had two adults and 2 kids 14/10, they loved it as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Clean, modern, quiet condo right on the beach. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Having washer & dryer in the unit was nice. Able to watch rocket launches from the balcony. Night time rocket launch was amazing to see! King bed was comfortable, but squeaky. Condo is pretty sound proof from the surrounding neighbors, which is a huge plus. Condo is not right above the pool, which also cuts down on noise. Would stay here, again!

Relaxing

Overall our month long stay was really relaxing and fairly quiet. It was so nice taking walks on the beach every day, watching launches and seeing cruise ships go by. The kitchen needs a deep cleaning around the dishwasher and by the refrigerator but other than that it was good. They have a good selection of pots and pans but I’d like to see more bowls and storage containers since we always like to cook and had leftovers. We look forward to coming back again and meeting new friends.

Indian Harbour Beach Club Unit 305

Unit 305 and the property at Indian Harbour Beach Club were very nice. Loved the new leather living room furniture (2 rocking recliners and a sofa with recliners on each end). The new plank style tile flooring in the living/dining room and master bedroom and bath were nice too. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was very clean except for the glass cooktop on the stove. It had been wiped down but there was cooked on residue that will not come off by simply wiping it with a dish cloth. I have a cooktop at home and I brought some heavy duty glass cooktop cleaner and a non-scratch scrubber/sponge so I could clean any residue I got on it when cooking so I gave it a good cleaning which made it look like new. There were no dish cloths or dish towels and the skillets could have been better. I always bring these things just in case, so it didn’t cause any problems for me, but I imagine most people don’t bring these things. The dishes, glasses, cups, silverware and utensils were very nice. The beach in front of the condos has some dangerous flat rocky areas with sharp edges that can’t be seen except at low tide, and other rocks that are in deeper water that can’t be seen. When walking out into the water my boyfriend tripped on one and scraped his shin. I didn’t see this mentioned in the property description or in pictures and there was no sign on the property making people aware of this. There was a sign at the public access walkway in between Indian Harbour Beach Club and the condo building next door, but due to foliage this sign cannot be seen unless you walk directly up to it. No one staying at the condo uses this public access walkway so there should be signs on the property making people aware of this. The waves and surf were rough the first few days when we were unaware of the rocks. I’m glad we didn’t try to go in the water then. If a wave hits you and slams you down on these rocky areas it could result in serious injury. When we were packing our car to leave, the elevator broke and my boyfriend was briefly stuck in the elevator. The property manager was contacted and came immediately and did what she needed to do to get him out. I was worried about packing our car to leave if the elevator wasn’t working. We’re in our 60’s and both have arthritis. But they were able to manually operate the elevator somehow. A few minor negatives but we enjoyed our stay very much and the unit was very nice.

We stayed at this rental when we were dropping off our son at FIT. Originally, I was unsure about renting this condo because, even though it received very good reviews, the latest review was from over a year ago. I wrote to the management team about my concerns and received a prompt response answering my questions so I made the reservation. I have now booked four vacation rentals through VRBO, all with very good results, but this condo was definitely the best one. It was clean, updated and very well-stocked. We only had to buy food. The management team emailed all of the information in a timely manner so there was no guessing as to what to do. The condo is tastefully decorated and feels homey without seeming cluttered. It was a wonderful stay. We are already planning to rebook this condo when we return to visit our son.

AMAZING views!

Beautiful condo, wonderful views, clean, well-stocked in kitchen and has beach gear (umbrella, 3 chairs, boogie board), loved having washer/dryer in condo, not crowded beach yet close to tourist areas (Cocoa Beach, Orlando, etc). Many groceries and nice restaurants, fast-food restaurants, nearby. Malls, movie theaters - all within a short distance. Favorite local dinner restaurant: Bunky's, and if you like breakfast - check out "Beachside Cafe" - worth it! Only 4 miles from condo. Would definitely rent here again!

Best Vacation because of this property!

This property was just as described. So clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed and even bougie boards for my daughter. If we ever visit this area again we’ll be booking this place. The one and only suggestion would be different shower heads with more pressure and a hose attachment. My daughter and I both have long and thick hair so washing the products out took longer than usual. But that’s it. Pool and beach were so nice as well. Just a couple steps out the door.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay over Memorial weekend. The condo is in an excellent location with easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all especially for a holiday weekend. The condo itself was well stocked and very comfortable. We were even lucky enough to see a sea turtle come out of the ocean, build a nest and lay her eggs and retreat back to the ocean. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.
