Summary:
Our condo is located in the popular residential neighborhood of Caine Woods in North OC. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, the condo complex offers many amenities such as off street parking, charcoal grills, bike racks, tennis courts and a large pool!
The Space:
Welcome to Tiburon 10B! Our condo has a spacious living room with plenty of seating, a sofa bed and floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, single serve & carafe style coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender and more. The condo provides all linens and bath towels for your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
The primary bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, closet and a smart tv. The twin bedroom also has a smart tv and a closet stocked with 4 beach chairs.
Tiburon has a large pool that is available to guests from Memorial day through mid September.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of dining options, arcades and mini golf nearby! A short 5 minute walk to the end of 139th will bring you to a small park with sunset views over the bay. There are several parks nearby. Fiesta Park, North Surf Park and Northside Park. Northside Park offers free live music and fireworks every Sunday during the summer months. The fireworks can be seen from the balcony!

Thai Ocha- Delicious Thai food
Sushi Cafe- awesome sushi (best to order as takeout. The dining room is very small.)
Beach Barrels- great local bar and live music. Primo hoagies located next door.
Crab bag- the best hard shells in north OC
Ponzetti's Pizza and sports bar-OC tradition for over 60 years
Electric Quarter Arcade- family owned by my family! We offer local small batch Chesapeake Bay Farms ice cream!
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! While this condo offers free parking, you'll also find convenient public transportation options nearby. The Ocean City bus system has several routes that run along Coastal Highway, with stops located within walking distance. This is a great way to explore the area without having to drive. For those arriving by air, Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport (SBY) is about a 40-minute drive away. Alternatively, Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is approximately a 3-hour drive. From either airport, you can rent a car or utilize ride-sharing services for the remainder of your journey. Please note that during peak season, traffic can be heavy, so plan accordingly.
