About this property

Beachfront 2B/2B Vacation Condo At Carlos Pointe Resort With Amazing Views! World Famous Sunsets!

WEEKLY MINIMUM Rental from Saturday to Saturday in peak season (Dec - April). BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO RENT AT CARLOS POINTE BEACH CLUB AS THEY WELCOME BACK GUESTS AFTER AN EXTENSIVE REMODEL! They are putting the finishing retouches on the parking lot, but the beautiful beachside resort pool is open! They are ready to welcome visitors back and are certain you will enjoy their beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

Looking out your 4th floor lanai you won't be able to see a single building obstructing your view of lush Lover's Key State Park to the south, endless blue Gulf to the west, or natural, secluded beaches stretching off into the distance along the coast. Watch the day unfold from sunrise to sunset while you enjoy the warm tropical breeze from your chair. Dolphins frequent the shallow waters in front of you and the shelling is superb.

Welcome to the beach! Fabulous sunrises and sunsets await you from the lanai of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Carlos Pointe. Located on the south end of the island, this condo offers beautiful views of Lovers Key State Park and the Gulf of Mexico from your lanai.

You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on your lanai. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining. The screened in lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh air! Offering spectacular views of the Gulf, your lanai gives you a front row seat to our world famous sunsets.

After a day at the beach, the living area is the perfect place to relax and watch movies on the flat screen TV, play board games, read a book or for just quiet contemplation. There's comfy seating for everyone. The Master Bedroom's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the king bed, and features its own TV and private lanai access. Master Bath has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity. The Guest Bedroom has twin beds and the Guest Bath with a walk in shower is right next door.

For your convenience, Carlos Pointe 433 offers free WiFi, an in-unit washer and dryer, a secured lobby, two building elevators, and ample parking.

The beachfront pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park. The beachfront at Carlos Pointe is HUGE and extends from Big Carlos Pass to the south and the Gulf to the west. There's a BBQ area, a covered picnic area by the pool, an indoor dining area with a kitchenette, and a social room that overlooks the pool.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.

Naturally, we are excited to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

Beautiful condo for the price! Loved how clean everything was. It was a quiet and laid-back vacation! A couple things, it says it will sleep 6 there is absolutely no way! The couch only sleeps one as it is a futon. The front bedroom mattresses are not comfortable at all, they felt like blow up mattress's. The kids were fine but an adult would be very sore. In the middle of the week they “fluffed” the walk to the beach and made it awful to walk on and take a wagon or cooler down to the beach. It is a very far walk! During the walk to the beach there was alway a sewage smell…? We thought maybe the construction going on by the bridge? The beach was full of red Seaweed which was kinda a bummer but we just dug a path to the water. We had a great time together as a family de-thawing from the winter up north! We had beautiful sunny days! Thanks for having us!
